I??m giving four out of five stars because the instructions are useless and the video isn??t clear either. A few people are saying it??s ??broken?? because the pot doesn??t automatically turn off as advertised when boiling. HERE IS THE TRICK: you have to keep the top kettle pot on top as a lid of the bottom pot. Otherwise, yes, it??ll just evaporate the water and never know when to turn off. There are two settings, boil and keep warm. The steam cloud icon is the boil. Then you press down the button on the bottom pot. Again, keeping the top pot as a cover for the bottom pot while it boils. Then the button on the bottom pot will automatically turn off when boiled. If you switch to ??keep warm,?? (the three line icon,) you can press the button on the pot again and it won??t boil, but just keep it warm.

None of this is clear in the instructions. And sometimes as intuitive as this stuff may seem, the second something goes wrong you assume it??s broken, when really, it??s just not clear or truly intuitive.

Bought it 1 year ago and right now, it started to leak from the bottom of the kettle. Th handle of the tea kettle also came off. Be careful if you’re investing for long term.
