My sound stopped, we haven??t had it long at all, the lights work fine. Anything I can do to fix it?
Answer: Im not sure about fixing it. If you’ve changed the battery and have adjusted the button and nothing works then replace it. The phone does not have good sound anyway. It is very low to begin with.
