It??s a cute toy I really like that??s it??s educational. For 27 bucks I guess it worth it since it says each letter of the alphabet and counts to 10 and sings two songs and says a few colors. Also he was a lot bigger than I expected. His head is huge so anyone with little ones like my one year old be careful when playing with him cause his head is very hard also. All in all I??m happy with my purchase and so is my baby.

Top Critical Review

There are a few key differences to the actual item pictures and the doll received. I ordered mine shipped and sold from Amazon and not a third party seller. The doll comes in plastic although BJ??s and other retailers do sell it in a box. The font on the feet are different and the placement of the letters/numbers are different. The alphabet block is a completely different shade of blue (it??s not just the lighting). The (iris) brown in the eyes do not sit above the lid but are smaller floating circles. The picture shows a wide stomach, while the doll I received has the stomach sewn in quite tightly. The red on the cheeks sits much lower and the dolls head looks square as opposed to the more proportion rounder faced doll shown. Lastly and most importantly, the voice of the doll is not JJ??s. Anyone who is buying this for their kid has likely endure endless hours of cocomelon, enough to distinguished that voice. We have purchased the Bedtime JJ doll and the Preschool version and the voice on this doll and can confirm the voice on this roll does not even match the other toys. Ours did come with batteries and the buttons function the songs however aren??t Cocomelon songs just a random kids voice singing the ABC??s. Not sure if it??s worth buying but if you read this review you??ll at least know what you??re actually paying for. Answer: I agree that Amazon is not selling authentic dolls since they should come in a box like every other place that sells this doll

Does anyone have problems with the doll randomly speaking without being touched?
Answer: No, ours is really hard to get to talk

Is this a authentic just play Cocomelon doll? Or is it a knock off ?
Answer: It’s not authentic, it’s delivered in a plastic bag, no batteries with instruction thrown inside. No cocomelon box, total rip off.

What small parts does it have?
Answer: No small parts. It’s just a giant headed JJ Doll. The block and music box shown in his hands are attached and can’t be removed.

Where is the ON button?
Answer: On his back by the batteries

does the doll move side by side?
Answer: No, but he may tip forward or backwards on his own, due to his large head and small body.
